Ferguson Avenue, Wiley Park NSW
Project Details
This project involved a full refresh of an ageing unit block in Wiley Park. The building was starting to show wear, and the goal was to improve its appearance while addressing key safety and maintenance concerns.
We started with surface preparation and minor repairs to the eaves, which were cracked and weathered. After repairs, we repainted them to restore a clean, uniform finish.
To improve safety, we applied high-visibility yellow paint to the gutter edges, reducing the risk of trips and falls. We also repainted the parking area, including line marking for designated bays and access zones.
Inside, the stairwells and balconies were repainted to brighten the common areas and bring a fresher feel to the building overall. The work was completed with minimal disruption to residents and was designed to lift the appearance of the complex without major renovation.
The home had strong character and architectural charm. Our role was to highlight those details with a refined finish that respected the home’s history and elevated its presentation.
Scope:
- Repainting and repairing exterior eaves
- Line marking for parking bays and access areas
- Safety paint application to gutter edges
- Interior stairwell and balcony repainting
